Tara Leonard is an Associate Instructor and Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach in the Department of Health Behavior and Nutrition Sciences at the University of Delaware. Tara holds a Master’s degree in Health Promotion and a Certificate in Health Coaching, both from the University of Delaware. Additionally, she is a Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach through the National Board for Health and Wellness Coaches (NBHWC). Her expertise includes health behavior change through health coaching to improve individuals overall health outcomes, specifically older adults pursuing improved health, and individuals living with prediabetes and cancer.
