STAR Ambassadors Program
The College of Health Sciences (CHS) STAR Ambassador Program is a group of select student volunteers who serve as representatives for the College. These enthusiastic students assist CHS administrators, faculty, and staff in promoting the College and its programs to prospective students, parents, teachers, school counselors, and the community. They lead tours of the Health Sciences Complex at the STAR campus, assist with recruitment activities, and support special events. STAR Ambassadors must participate in at least 4 events each semester. STAR Ambassadors gain personal and professional growth through the variety of activities they participate in through the program
Interviews take place in the spring to begin the program in the following Fall semester. Look for the application in your UD email in the middle of the spring semester. Students are encouraged to apply that meet the minimum requirements listed below:
- Sophomore standing at the beginning of the Fall semester
- Minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA
- CHS major
