star ambassadors
Applications for 2026-2027 STAR Ambassador Program are now open!
STAR Ambassadors are current undergraduate health sciences students who are looking to get involved in the college and with recruiting the class of 2031! These enthusiastic students assist CHS administrators, faculty, and staff in promoting the College and its programs to prospective students, parents, teachers, school counselors, and the community. They lead tours of the Health Sciences Complex at the STAR campus, assist with recruitment activities, and support special events.
Application process:
- Submit completed application (deadline 3/1/26)
- Complete interview in mid-March (invitation only)
- Decisions will be sent in mid-April
Eligibility to apply:
- Current CHS undergraduate student
- Minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA
- Expected graduation Spring 2027 or later (new applicants)
- Exception will be made for returning STAR Ambassador applicants with December 2026 grad term
Requirements/expectations of STAR Ambassadors:
- Attend training
- Blue and Golden Days
- Admitted Students Day
- Participate in prospective and admitted student tours and events
- Commitment of 10 hours in the fall & 10 hours in the spring
- Adhere to UD's Code of Conduct
