Dennis Balint
Biography
Dennis Balint, an academic development specialist with the University of Delaware's English Language Institute, has an Ed.D. from Temple University focusing on curriculum design and instruction of language arts (specializing in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages). He has taught a wide variety of English language courses internationally at universities for more than 20 years in Japan, United Arab Emirates and Kazakhstan before joining the ELI. His teaching specialization is in academic and technical writing and presentation skills.
