Research Interests
My research focus on applied probability/statistics and phylogenetics, with an emphasis on the development of next-generation Markov chain Monte Carlo (MCMC) methods for phylogenetic inference. I am also interested in theoretical foundations and applications of machine learning frameworks in applied sciences.
