Research Interests

Current research interest focus is on applications of mathematics in medicine, more specifically in mathematical modeling and simulation of the interactions among different cellular pathways that play an important role in different types of cancer with the goal of elucidating mechanisms leading to cancer. Of particular interest is understanding the mechanisms leading to colon cancer, and the discovery of vulnerable ones that can be targeted by new therapies for advanced colon cancer.
