Eden Goldstein

This program has allowed me to come face to face with some of the most important works of art in the world, and what a beautiful thing that is! Within the past week, my class and I have been on guided tours of the Galleria dell’Accademia, Palazzo Vecchio, the Duomo, and both Siena and San Gimignano, Italy.

This week we took a trip to the Tuscan region of Italy, and learned how they train dogs for truffle hunting, pasta and ravioli making, and a beautiful dining experience trying many foods! I specifically enjoyed playing with the truffle hunting dogs!
