Biography

​Amy Bustin is an assistant professor in Spanish and pedagogy in the Department of Languages, Literatures and Cultures at the University of Delaware. She serves as the sequence supervisor for 100-level Spanish program and also courses on second language acquisition and pedagogy for the M.A. in teaching. Her various research interests include second language acquisition and instruction, heritage bilingualism, code-switching, learners' motivation, the effect of language on moral decision making, Afro-Peruvian Spanish and sociolinguistics.
