Alpha Chi Sigma is a professional Fraternity dedicated to promoting chemistry and the chemical sciences. The fraternity is gender inclusive and takes pride in our diverse membership.  It's members include numerous Nobel prize laureates, researchers on the cutting edge of chemical sciences, as well as the next generation of chemical professionals.

Chemistry of Baking 

The Chemistry of Baking combines food science with fun, and welcomes creative and analytical students to implement lessons they learn in the classroom into delicious real-world applications.  By baking sweet treats and learning why the same ingredients can turn into many different things, it reminds students that science can be fun and doesn't have to be stressful.
