Research Interests

I started my professional career by working on the ultrastructural analysis of plastid development using light and transmission electron microscopical methods. Then I joined  a research team that focused on plant fatty acid and lipid metabolism. This enabled me to learn techniques used in molecular biological and biochemical studies of living systems.
