Receta: Salsa de Sandía
Ingredientes
- 3 tazas de sandía sin semilla, finamente picado.
- 2 chiles jalapeños, sin semilla y finamente picado.
- 1/3 taza de cilantro picado (1/2 manojo)
- ¼ taza de jugo de lima
- ¼ taza de cebolla roja finamente picado (1/2 cebolla pequeña)
- ¼ cucharadita de sal o a sabor

Instrucciones
- Coloque sandia, chiles jalapeños, cilantro, jugo de lima, y cebolla roja en un recipiente mediano, revuelva bien para combinar.
