Receta: Zanahorias glaseadas
Ingredientes
- 2 tazas de zanahorias, peladas y cortados en rodajas
- ½ taza de jugo de naranja
- 1 cucharada de maicena
- 1 cucharadita de azúcar morena
- ¼ cucharadita de canela
- 1/8 cucharadita de clavo molido
- 1 cucharadita de baja en grasa margarina

Instrucciones
- En un sartén, cocine los zanahorias en un poquito cantidad de agua hasta que esté tierna, drene.
- En una cacerola pequeña, disuelva la maicena en jugo de naranja frio.
- Agregue y revuelve en el azúcar moreno, canela y el clavo.
- Revuelva a fuego medio, deja hervir el jugo de naranja despacio, revuelva hasta que esté espese.
- Agregue la margarina y los zanahorias. Revuelva hasta que los zanahorias este cubierto de la margarina.
