Sugiery Garcia is a compassionate Extension Associate for Health and Wellness, dedicated to making a meaningful impact on individuals and the communities she serves. Known for her kindness and empathy, Sugiery has built a reputation as someone who genuinely cares about others' well-being, always ready to offer a listening ear, thoughtful support, and encouragement.
With a background in diverse roles that have prepared her for this position, Sugiery brings both practicality and positivity to her work, fostering a patient, adaptable, and open-minded approach. She is committed to promoting healthy physical, mental, and social well-being within her community, focusing on the importance of a well-rounded lifestyle.
