Bio:
Hilary Gibson is a Delaware native from Middletown. She holds a B.S. degree from the University of Delaware, where she studied Plant Science and Natural Resource Management, and her professional experiences include a variety of positions in the horticulture industry. Most recently, she worked as Grassroots Coordinator for the Chesapeake Bay Foundation’s Eastern Shore office.
Hilary joined UD Cooperative Extension in Nov. 2019 as the Program Coordinator for the Nutrient Management Program. In this role, she supports the Nutrient Management Certification Sessions and Continuing Education programming to protect the quality of Delaware’s waterways.
She loves connecting people with resources, tools, and solutions to clean up their local waterways! In her free time, she can be found cooking, reading, hiking, and spending time on, in, and around the water.
