PROJECT SYNOPSIS

This policy brief by the Institute for Public Administration was prepared for the Wilmington Education Improvement Commission (the Commission) to serve as an overview of the changing conditions of child poverty1 and the resulting educational outcomes for students. This brief is an update to the 2017 publication Child Poverty Policy in Delaware: A Focus on Health and Education.
