Biography
Jonathan B. Justice teaches undergraduate courses in public policy; graduate courses in public administration, public budgeting and finance, and local economic development; and the Seoul Case Study Program. His research interests include public budgeting and finance, and professional accountability. Before earning his Ph.D. from Rutgers University—Newark in 2003, he worked as a project and program manager for local governments and local economic development organizations in and around New York City. Other academic appointments have included research and public-service affiliations with the University of Birmingham's Institute of Local Government Studies and UD's Institute of Public Administration, and adjunct faculty positions at Rutgers University, Seton Hall University, and Baruch College (CUNY).
