Biography
Anmol works at the intersection of art, climate change and development. He is a PhD student at the University of Delaware (UD) studying Disaster Science & Management. At UD, he strives to understand government decision-making processes, criteria, and outcomes related to disasters.
Previously, he supported the United Nations unpack resilience building efforts in Africa and the World Bank to develop policy solutions to climate-induced migration in East and West Africa. As an author, he published his first novel, The Last Dance, in 2019. His creative writing illuminates complex social issues of identity, belongingness, conflict, and displacement. He is a Roger Federer fan.
