Nicholas Brock (M.A. ’16) is a Magistrate in Delaware’s Justice of the Peace in New Castle County, where he presides over and adjudicates criminal and civil cases within the jurisdiction of the Justice of the Peace. His understanding of the relationship between advocacy, policy development, and the intricacies of statutory law formation were founded in first-hand experiences working with government agencies on legal issues with policy significance.
