Job Title: Assistant Professor, Oklahoma State University

Hsien-Ho (Ray) Chang (Ph.D. '15) studied in the doctoral program in Disaster Science & Management at SPPA. He conducted disaster response related research in the Disaster Research Center (DRC), where he received rigorous academic training and learned how to become a scholar.

Ray is currently an assistant professor (tenure track) in Oklahoma State University’s Fire and Emergency Management Administration Program (FEMP).

He is grateful for the friendly faculties, rigorous academic training, and abundant resources (including the DRC library) at SPPA. Of his experience in Delaware, Ray says, “without the education I received from SPPA and DRC, I could not go as far as I have today.
