What is(are) the potential interfering substances occurring in the non-white blood cell area? 2. Examination of the peripheral blood smear indicated the presence of 7 NRBCs/100 WBCs. What is the corrected WBC count? Is it necessary to correct the WBC count? 3. The reticulocyte histogram indicated that verification of the 9.7% reticulocyte count was required. A manual reticulocyte count indicated that the patient's reticulocyte count was 2.7%.
