The patient is a male who is 30 years-old. He has been diagnosed with acute leukemia.

    Neutrophils = 0%
    Monocyte = 1%
    Lymphocytes = 11%
    Blasts = 88%
Questions
1. Terminal deoxynuceotidyl transferase (TdT) was present in the patient's blast cells. What cell lineage is indicated by the presence of TdT?

2. Independent immunophenotypic analysis of the patient's cell population indicated expression of CD2, CD34, and intractyoplasmic expression of CD3. What leukemia is most likely indicated from the immunophenotyping?
