The students at TCS will be learning how to be safe on the Internet. I will be teaching the I-Safe program. The I-Safe program provides awareness and knowledge that enables the students to recognize and avoid dangerous, destructive, or unlawful online behavior and to respond appropriately.

Iditarod Trail Sled Dog Race

The Iditarod is often called "The Last Great Race on Earth."

The students will be part of the eIditarod Project - a study of the Iditarod, a sled dog race across Alaska starting in Anchorage and finishing in Nome. Students will follow the race online in real time and participate in interactive activities throughout the Iditarod.
