Make a file with multiple copies of the tree you generated with Phylip on Tuesday. Look at the aligned sequences in Clustal format (the one with the stars underneath) and find the first site that varies. Plot the evolution of the site onto the tree. See how many times substitutions have occurred, and where. Do this for the first 15 variable sites.
