Welcome to Yoga Club!

The Yoga Club at the University of Delaware is a free, student-led organization committed to helping students, faculty, and staff of all ages and fitness levels learn about Yoga and the benefits it provides. No previous experience is necessary and you are welcome to start attending classes at any time!

You can come to as many or few sessions as you wish. the best part is that it is absolutely FREE!. These classes provide a solid foundation for personal development and are geared toward teaching the basics of yoga in an atmosphere that provides you with the opportunity to meet and talk to new people with similar interests.

Yoga is not about which postures you can do or how far you can stretch; rather, yoga is about silencing your mind and linking your movement and breath in order to develop a stronger body and mind.

Liability Waiver

All participants in the Yoga Club must fill out a liability waiver for physical activity. This form is available at: www.udel.edu/student-centers/AandP/forms/index.html. Look for form "R3. Liability waiver for phsyical activity"

Waiver Form

You can download the phsyical activity waiver (form R3) from the Student Centers' website. A signed waiver is necessary to participate in Yoga Club.
