Manufacturing Project : (25%) Grading Rubric Report Guidelines
Everyone in the class will be required to manufacture two machine parts in the student machine shop located in 104 Spencer Lab. There are three milestones for the project:
1. Complete the safety demo and on-line quiz on shop safety.
2. Create two drawings that will allow you to demonstrate an assembled part. Two unique
parts are required that can be made by using both the mill and the lathe.
3. Using the Student Machine, fabricate each part and assemble them.
