Harry Jiannan Wang is an Assistant Professor of Management Information Systems in the Lerner College of Business and Economics, University of Delaware. He received Ph.D. in Management Information Systems from Eller College of Management, University of Arizona and B.S. in MIS from Tianjin University, China.

His research interests involve business process management, workflow technologies and applications, services computing, and enterprise systems. He has published several research articles in these areas in journals and conferences, such as Decision Support Systems, Journal of Database Management, Information Technology and Management, International Journal of Web Services Research, Journal of Information Systems and E-Business Management, Communication of the AIS, IEEE IT Professional, International Conference on Information Systems (ICIS), International Conference on Web Services (ICWS), and Americas Conference on Information Systems (AMCIS).

He is currently teaching programming and system analysis and design at the University of Delaware. Prior joining UD, he taught database management and business process management at the University of Arizona. He won two teaching awards from the Department of MIS at the University of Arizona, including 2005 James F. LaSalle Award for Teaching Excellence and 2005 MIS Instructor of the Year.
