PRESCRIPTION EYEGLASS RECYCLING PROGRAM
Many countries throughout
the world
have a tremendous need for recycled glasses. Unfortunately in
developing
countries, a pair of glasses is both unaffordable and
inaccessible.
All types of glasses for children and adults are needed, including
exceptionally
strong or weak prescriptions. Sunglasses are also needed by
people
living near the equator to shield their eyes from the sun's damaging
rays.
Please donate your glasses to the Lions Club so that we can recycle to
those
in need. Eyeglass donation drop boxes are
located
at the following locations throughout Pike Creek Valley.....
