Dear Members of the University of Delaware community:

We are pleased to lead the search committee for the University of Delaware’s new Vice President for Enrollment Management.

This Vice President is the senior University administrator who bears ultimate responsibility for identifying, attracting, admitting, yielding and retaining the students who will come to the University of Delaware and ultimately become its alumni. With direct managerial responsibility and oversight for the Offices of Admissions, the Registrar and Student Financial Services, this Vice President will develop collaborative relationships with other leaders, faculty, staff and students to ensure integration of operational and strategic enrollment management initiatives across campus.

Reporting to the Provost and working closely with the President, the Vice President works to achieve strategic objectives, including 1) maximizing net tuition revenue while increasing quality and diversity of undergraduate student body, 2) increasing diversity and percentage of international undergraduate enrollment and 3) increasing access for low-income students through innovative programs.
