Jeff Sands
Jeff
is a Junior dual History and Anthropology major from Marblehead,
Massachusetts. He is a Nationally Registered and Delaware EMT-B
and has been a member of UDECU since the fall of his Freshman year
2006. Jeff has worked on a replica War of 1812 schooner and currently
works part-time as a police dispatcher for the Department of Public
Safety. Jeff is a follower of all Boston sports especially the Red
Sox and the Patriots. He enjoys Scuba diving, and hiking, and after
graduation hopes to pursue his paramedic certification and possibly
medical school.

Meghan Connor
Meghan
is a Junior nursing major from Gaithersburg MD. She has been a member
of UDECU since the fall of her freshman year and is now a Delaware
and Nationally Registered EMT-B. Meghan is also involved with the
Student Nurses Organization and the Blue Hen Ambassadors. She is
an avid Redskins fan and attends all of the home games. Meghan was
a swimmer in high school and has been a swim coach since she was
13 years old. However, this summer hopes to work at a hospital to
get more clincal nursing experience. Joining UDECU has made Meghan
consider going into ER nursing and after graduation she hopes to
work as a nurse for a while before going back to school to get her
Masters or PhD.

Jesse Marsh
Jesse
is a Junior Leadership major from Middletown, Delaware. He joined
UDECU in the Spring of 2008 and became a DE-EMT and NREMT-B in the
Summer of 2008. Other than riding on UD-1, Jesse is a volunteer
(when at home) with the Volunteer Hose Company of Middletown, and
an EMT for Wilmington EMS. After graduation, Jesse plans on going
to paramedic school and working in Delaware.

Ike Bennett
Isaac
is a junior from Clarks Summit, Pennsylvania who is currently pursuing
a Biology major with a Business Administration Minor. He is a Delaware
and Nationally Registered EMT-B and has been a member of UDECU since
the fall of his sophomore year. On campus Isaac is head specialist
and a personal trainer at the fitness center. He currently wrestles
on our club team and spends his spring breaks building houses in
Charleston, South Carolina for Habitat for Humanity. Isaac would
like to attend medical school following graduation.
Treasurer: Danielle
Zambardino
Danielle
is a junior Nursing major from Queens, New York. She’s been
a member of UDECU since the Spring of 2007 and is a Delaware and
Nationally Registered EMT-B. During summer and winter breaks, Danielle
works as a patient care associate in the emergency room at St. Francis
Hospital in New York. In her spare time, Danielle enjoys snowboarding,
reading, and hanging out with friends and family. After graduation,
she plans to return to New York to work at a hospital for some time
before going back to school to get her Master’s degree.

Jennifer Silver
Jenn
is a junior Biology and Psychology double major from Silver Spring,
Maryland. Jenn joined UDECU in the spring of 2008 and became a Delaware
and Nationally Registered EMT in the summer of 2008. After graduating
UD, Jenn plans to take a year off and travel before attending medical
school. Jenn is also an EMT in the city of Wilmington and a member
of the UD Equestrian Team.
Recorder: Mary
Fannon
Mary
is a Junior Exercise Physiology major with a minor in Biological
Sciences from Willow Grove, Pennsylvania. She has been a member
UDECU since the Fall of 2007 and is currently a nationally registered
and Delaware EMT-B. She can also be seen on campus working at the
University of Delaware Library in the Reserve Room. During the summer
however, she works at her local YMCA as a camp director. In her
leisure, Mary participates in sports and spends time with family
and friends. She loves Philadelphia sports, children, dogs, and
snow. After graduation, Mary hopes to obtain a degree in Nursing
and eventually work in pediatrics.
Secretary: Paige
Sacher
Paige
Sacher is a junior at UD studying Leadership. She joined UDECU in
Fall of 2007 and currently is an FP. Paige is a Delaware and Nationally
registered EMT-B. She has the cutest golden doodle puppy ever named
Weston who can often be seen gallivanting around the solar house.
She is very friendly and outgoing and loves spending time with everyone
in UDECU. Paige also works in Wilmington at The Company Corporation
where she makes small business owners dreams come true. She loves
the Philadelphia Eagles. Paige is very involved and loves staying
busy. After graduation she is considering attending PA school and
continuing to work as an EMT-B.
Faculty Advisor:
Jack Lynn
Jack
is a Investigator with the University of Delaware Police Department
and has been UDECU's advisor since its formation in 1976. Jack is
the man behind the scenes, but has been very instrumental in UDECU's
success over the past 32 years. Jack has been named "advisor
of the year" by the University several times, most recently
at the RSO annual awards dinner in May of 2008.
