Meeting Minutes March 25, 2002 1)Christiana Clean up April 13th, contact Andy,
karoo@udel.edu, its super early in the
morning, but well worth it. 2)That same day there is some kind of mini eco-conference, but
Laura wasn't too sure on details.
In Stockton U in New Jersey? 3)GreenFest, a Dinner/Concert thing is from 6-11pm on April
19th at the United Church of
Christ. The Proceeds go to Natives
trying to live sustainably in Costa Rica. Things that need to be done: -Order food from co-op -get bands set in stone -If anyone knows bands, get in touch with Laura,
ldvorak@udel.edu -We were thinking $5/ticket or less -Try to cosponsor with SAGE, Greens,
Amigos, WCC, they can all have info table on the
side. 4)EarthDay is Monday after GreenFest, Do we want to do
something with Ben and Jerry's because
they try to be all good. 5)Emily from Alaska Coalition (to protect the Refuge) wants
two things: a)To have people go today with her to be visible for Carper b)Have a Rally, April
8, the day we get back from Spring Break. -We need to do publicity before we leave, flyering,
telling other groups, and we need
to reserve the space besides Trabant. -Possibly, there would be a publicity draw, who would
give a speech. -It would probably be around noon. |
