The one-day graduate student conference is organized by graduate students and sponsored by the University of Delaware Department of Sociology and Criminal Justice.  The conference features students The conference provides and opportunity for graduate students to present and receive feedback on their work to fellow students and faculty in a professional and supportive environment.  This year’s conference will feature graduate students specializing in sociology, criminology, criminal justice, legal studies and related fields from several regional universities. We hope that through inviting other schools to participate students will be able to broaden their networks and learn from each other’s research.

The conference concludes with a guest speaker.  Past speakers have included Dr. David Grazian, Dr. Elijah Anderson, and Dr. Raymond Paternoster.
