Membership

Please complete the membership application form and return it to us via email, fax, or drop it off in person to our graduate student office located at CCM 123. You can also register online by visiting SAMPE’s membership application page. For first year applicants the membership fee is waived if submited through CCM. If you have any questions or need further information, please feel free to call or email us, or stop by our graduate student office, Mon - Fri, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
