Grants for Complex Community Councils

Programming - This is for programs both planned and implemented by the Complex Community Councils

Equipment - This fund is to help offset the cost of equipment purchases by the Complex Community Councils

Guidelines for Funding

The sponsor of the finance grant must submit the Finance Grant Form to the Finance Director at least 2 weeks prior to the event.  The sponsors must also be present at this meeting and may not be a voting representative.  If the amount of the grant is greater than $1500, then the Advisor of the sponsor must be present.  After a grant is approved, the Finance Grant Follow-Up Form must be submitted to the Treasurer with all receipts within 2 weeks of the event date.

All percentages are maximum amounts that can be approved.


Co-Sponsorships with other Organizations

Co-sponsorships are open to student organizations and other groups.  The amount of the expenditure from this fund is at the discretion of the Executive Board, and must be approved by a majority vote of the Executive Board.  The submittal of a Co-Sponsorship form 3 weeks prior to the event and presence at the meeting are required.


Funding for Res. Life Programming

This year there is a specific fund for Residence Life Programming.  Res. Life staff members can apply for up to 1/3 of the cost of their program and must be approved by the majority of the Inter-Hall Assembly.  A form must be submitted to the Finance Director at least 2 weeks prior to the event and attendance of the sponsor at the IHA meeting is mandatory.
