The University of Delaware, student chapter of ASCE, successfully hosted hosting the Mid-Atlantic conference Steel Bridge & Concrete canoe competition. The competition was held on April 18 and 19. ASCE held a fundraiser in the spring of '09 for college of engineering t-shirts. There are still some shirts left if anyone would like to purchase one. T-shirts are $10. In celebration of Engineering Week, ASCE & Chi Epsilon hosted a bridge building competition for all engineers at the University of Delaware. Approximately 50 people attended and the recipients of the winning team each won a $20 gift card to Main Street. The members of the winning team were Jenn Iskra, Sarah Dalton, Kelly Ambrose and Taylor King. Click Here for Pictures from the competition.
