The Dynamics of Communication
Analyze issues, unlock influence
Welcome
The Department of Communication at the University of Delaware is committed to the study and practice of human communication in a wide variety of contexts, including interpersonal communication, media communication and public relations. Beyond the classroom, we help students put their education into practice with experiential learning on and off campus. Students have access to internships, research opportunities and a vast alumni network.
Our faculty members have achieved regional and national distinction in research and scholarship, teaching, and service and engagement. They are committed to developing communication skills and competencies while educating students about communication processes and their impact on society.
