UD WorkForce–time and attendance system
The system is used to collect hours for hourly employees (AFSCME, students and misc wage), record benefited non-exempt employees’ overtime and track/maintain sick and vacation balances for all benefited employees.
UD WorkForce Recent Updates/Enhancements
- Introduced WorkForce Terminals for 3472 employees to track their hours
- Updated 3472 and 439 Shift to use Percentage of Base Rate

As a UD employee, no matter what your role, whether it be a business officer, HR manager, reporter, supervisor, timekeeper, faculty member, benefited employee, union employee, student or misc. wage employee, UD WorkForce will play an important part of your work day.
Explore your role and what you can expect in the new system.
- Manage your Time Off Requests (TORs) within UD WorkForce. The Request for Leave Webform will no longer be available as of Aug. 20, 2020.
- Gain visibility to your Leave Balances on the UD WorkForce Home Screen and within your Timesheet. The Time Off Balance View will no longer show balances, but will remain available to view historical leave requests.
- Ability to enter time via your Timesheet or WebClock (whichever applies).
- Hourly and AFSCME employees will now have the ability to enter comments on their timesheets.
- Ability to enter time on a timesheet.
- Ability to approve timesheets.
- Ability to amend time on a timesheet.
- Manager 1 Role (as defined within the HR Supervisor Table) has the ability to:
- View a quick reference list of Time-Off Requests (TORs) pending their approval on the UD WorkForce Home Screen.
- Enter Time Off Requests (TORs) on behalf of an employee.
- Approve Time Off Requests (TORs) for employees.
- Quick reference to Exceptions on any of your employee's timesheets on the UD WorkForce Home Screen.
- Ability to approve Time-Off Requests (TORs) via email.
- Ability to send a mass email message to all users you have access to (users are not able to reply).
- Enhanced reporting capabilities.
- Ability to assign/delegate your authority to another user in your absence or for any other business purpose.
- Ability to enter time on a timesheet.
- Ability to approve timesheets.
- Ability to amend time on a timesheet.
