Reserve a Space

Students and departments can reserve spaces in the Wellbeing Center at Warner Hall for meetings, events and collaboration.

Warner Hall offers bright, open, private meeting spaces at no cost to enhance your event experience. We offer six meeting spaces varying in size from six to 34 seats along with basic technology for presentations, lectures and Zoom meetings. We also have an outdoor patio that seats 20. Events hosted in Warner Hall must relate to a wellbeing concept or theme.

Three ways to reserve a space:

  1. Book a space through 25Live.
  2. Call 302-831-6644 and ask for assistance.
  3. Email warner-building-management@udel.edu with the date, time, number of people that are expected and any other details for your event.

Staff are available the day of your event to guide you through the layout of the building and answer your questions. We are here to help make your event a success!

We give priority to Student Wellbeing units to allow them to plan their workshops, therapy groups and other events. They are required to make all their fall semester reservations at the beginning of August.

Reservation requests for the fall should be submitted as soon as possible. Requests are reviewed at the beginning of August before fall semester and January for spring semester. We will accept all requests and process them based on their submission date. You will be notified in early August with details concerning your request. If you have special considerations, please call us at 302-831-6644 or email warner-building-management@udel.edu.

Policies

  • Warner Hall is a recovery haven, and therefore is an alcohol-free building at all times.

Reservations

  • At this time, all reservable rooms are configured as-is. If rooms need a special configuration, UD Movers must be involved and there are fees associated with their services.
  • Cancellations: All groups are required to give 48 hours’ notice for all cancellations, or it will be considered a no-show.
  • No-Shows: A no-show cancellation is defined when a room goes unused without prior contact with the Warner Hall Operations Team. Groups will be given one warning for a no-show, via email notification from the Operations Team. If a group has a second no-show, its future reservations will be in jeopardy of cancellation. If a group has a third no-show, all future reservations for the group will be cancelled and the group will need to meet with the Operations Team to make any future reservations. Any cost associated with a no-show will be the responsibility of the group.
