Residence Hall Coordinators play a key role in creating engaging and dynamic experiences within each of our 15 residential communities. RHC's provide opportunities for students to learn and grow through building and floor level initiatives, while ensuring the safety and wellbeing of between 300 and 800 students.

Our department has a team of nearly 200 undergraduate Resident Assistants (RAs) who work together to support their peers within the residence halls and help all of us at RLH create amazing in-hall experiences! Our RAs are committed to actively engaging their students within their communities and enhancing students' sense of belonging during their time living on-campus. 

Resident Assistant Position

Graduate assistants are an integral part of our work in the residence halls. GAs help to plan and implement programming in specific areas and support overall engagement within the residence halls. Whether in a three, two or one-year graduate program at UD, we're committed to providing GAs a variety of professional development opportunities and supporting their personal goals.
